Refund & cancellation policy

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked. Email support@gamelicense.org and we will refund the payment in full. After 14 days, payments are not refundable.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your station keeps running until the end of the year you have already paid for, and it simply doesn't renew after that.
